Refund Policy
The 30-Day Driveway Guarantee
Run the drills for 14 days. If you’re not happy for any reason, email wade@k9americandogtraining.com within 30 days of your purchase and you get a full refund of the amount you paid. No hoops, no questions, and you can keep the manuals.
How to ask for a refund
Reply to your receipt email, or write to us with the email address you used at checkout. One email is enough.
Refunds are issued through Whop to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
After 30 days
Requests received more than 30 days after purchase are not covered by the guarantee, but write to us anyway: we’ll look at every case fairly.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer every email and a refund is faster for you than a chargeback.
